COSMIC SRL intends to make the delivery within 4 working days from the order confirmation. Any shipping delay caused by problems that concern the courier and / or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific country of destination, is not the responsibility of COSMIC SRL. Delays may occur during national holidays.
Customer signature may be required for delivery. Before signing the delivery, kindly ask to inspect the package to check for any tampering. If the customer receives an empty package and signs the delivery receipt not reporting the fact to the courier immediately, COSMIC SRL is not responsible for any refund or replacement. The customer must keep the receipt of the delivered product, in case of future needs concerning it.
COSMIC SRL carries out shipments all over the world. Shipments destined to countries of the European Community have a delivery time of 2/3 working days from the date of shipment; shipments with other destinations worldwide have a delivery time of 4/5 working days from the date of shipment. The customer receives an email with the waybill number, once the item has been sent.
CUSTOMS COSTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM SHIPPING COSTS.
Once the order has been placed, the shipping address used for the order can not be changed. If you wish to change the address, the original order must be canceled and the customer must make a new one. If you wish to cancel an order made it is possible to do so within 24 hours from when the purchase was made: after that, if the shipment has already taken place and you want a refund or replacement of the COSMIC SRL item we will not reimburse the cost of shipment.
If some details of the shipment are missing (such as an incorrect destination address, telephone number, or other incorrect information but necessary for shipping) and the customer does not respond within 15 days to the request clarification of COSMIC SRL, the order will be canceled automatically and a refund will be made. CHANGE / RETURN GOODS
In the event that the customer wants to return the glasses purchased, COSMIC SRL will organize a collection following a communication sent by the customer to the email address "email@example.com" with the order number and the reason for the request of return.
The request must be sent within 14 days of delivery of the purchased product that you wish to return, however, if the deadline falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended until the first following business day. Please note that it is not possible to use the products received before deciding to cancel the purchase. Once the item is received and if it is in perfect condition, COSMIC SRL will reimburse the entire sum of the glasses (excluding shipping costs), or will send another replacement item. If the cost of replacement glasses should be greater than the first glasses purchased, the difference will be charged to the customer; otherwise, if the cost is lower it will be COSMIC SRL to credit the resulting difference to the customer. In any case, shipments will be at the customer's expense.
All items purchased on G-Spectacles.com are subject to a quality check before being shipped. However, if the purchased item has any defect, COSMIC SRL will have to verify the defect by viewing detailed photos sent to COSMIC SRL within 14 days of delivery of the product, however, if the expiry date falls on a non-working day, the term it is extended until the first following working day. Once the defect will be established and certified by COSMIC SRL through photos, you will pay the shipments for the return of the item and we will provide a replacement of the same item or will reimburse the cost of the glasses. If the customer does not have the possibility to send photo of the defective item, the shipment of the return will be at his expense.
Once COSMIC SRL will receive the item and the defect will occur, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the cost of the glasses plus the cost of the initial shipment or we will send a replacement of the item plus the refund of the initial shipping cost that has been paid from the customer. COSMIC SRL does not provide the refund or replacement of the item if not before COSMIC SRL is checked the defect by photo or after that COSMIC SRL has taken a physical view of the article.
In the event that the courier does not deliver the item successfully (due to the wrong destination address or absence of the recipient), COSMIC SRL will notify the customer (as soon as received communication from the courier) trying to contact him via email or, if it must be necessary, by telephone. If the courier, if necessary, should send the article back to COSMIC SRL due to the absence of the recipient, but still want to receive the glasses, the customer will have to pay another shipment, or COSMIC SRL will reimburse the cost of the glasses purchased (excluding expenses shipping).
